Corona del Mar's Ryan Park Loathed by the Other Guys on 'Bachelorette'

It looks like Bentley is finally out of the picture.

Eight guys remain and Ashley Hebert moved her boys to Hong Kong this week for a drama-filled episode of ABC's The Bachelorette. There were two one-on-one dates and one group date. Old flames returned, some left, and others ganged up on our Corona del Mar Bachelor, Ryan Park. Silly Boys! Be Nice!

Bentley's Back

For the die-hards watching the show, it's no secret that Ashley can't say "Adios" to Bentley and move forward.

"I'm having a hard time moving forward. He left me with the dot dot dot, which means 'to be continued.' I need closure to move on or else I'm afraid I'll never find my husband here," Ashley said.

Bentley Williams of Salt Lake City, Utah, became reality TV's biggest jerk after leaving Ashley back in Los Angeles and talking trash behind her back. Host Chris Harrison and the producers brought Bentley back to Hong Kong so Ashley could finally make peace.

In Hong Kong, Harrison surprises Ashley in her hotel room and they have a little pow-wow.

Harrison:  He's here, he's in this hotel right now.

Ashley: Shut up! Are you serious?

Harrison: He left you with this dot, dot, dot.

Ashley: I need more than vagueness. What I still feel for him is so strong.

Harrison writes Bentley's hotel room number on a hotel notepad and leaves it with Ashley. Room 4315 (coincidentally it adds up to 13—the bad luck number. Smart producers, but I see right through the symbolism). Ashley looks at the memo and says to herself, "I can't believe this."

She knocks on Bentley's door wearing a new pair of Paige Jeans (sorry, fashion side note).  He answers. He gives her a big hug and then they kiss. Can you hear the Jaws theme in the background? Or is it The Twilight Zone?

Ashley: I can't let it go. I just can't

Bentley: It doesn't look good for me and you. (You and I, Bentley! Go back to grade school!). So I would implore for you to do all you can here.

Ashley: So this is a period? I'm holding onto this stupid dot, dot, dot that you left me. (Yes Ashley. It was stupid!).

Bentley: Maybe we should call it a period. (Bentley at this point is smirking and can't even keep a straight face).

Ashley says to the camera, "He's such a player. He disrespected me to the core. Bentley, If you're watching this, (explative deleted) you. I'm done with you."

Goodbye Bentley. At least you got a free trip to Hong Kong.

Lucas gets his First Date and First Kiss

"This is a critical week. I'm optimistic that this will be the week I have a one-on-one date with Ashley," said CdM Ryan.

Ummm, yeah, no. Sorry CdM Ryan. Chin up though, you're still the hottest!

The first one-on-one date of the episode went to Lucas, 30, oil distributor. He's a nice boy from Texas who had never been to a big city, not even New York City, let along Hong Kong. The couple walked the bright streets eating street food, such as pig intestines. How romantic! Ashley and Lucas then took to the sea in a sailboat.

"I feel unbelievable. This is the best first date I've ever had in my life," Lucas said. Really? Shocking!

Dragon Boat Racing on the Group Date

Last week it was martial arts boxing. This week, the bachelors teamed up to race in dragon boats. CdM Ryan, Mickey, Constantine, Ames, Ben F. and Blake were chosen by Ashley for the group date. Ryan and Blake were paired up in a boat. Each team of two had to go into the streets of Hong Kong and find strangers to help race the boat with them.

"I'm not excited to be lumped into the same category as Ryan. If she sees us as the same kind of person then I'm not interested," Blake, a dentist, said.

Ryan used his smart CdM brain to use strategy going into the race. Knowing it was hard to communicate with the locals, he found someone to speak Cantonese.

"One thing about Ryan is his energy is kind of annoying, but for this, it was good because it worked for us," Blake said.

Ames and Mickey ended up winning the race because they found locals who were Dragon Boat Racing professionals. Ryan and Blake came in a close second. However the best line of the night went to losers Ben F. and Constantine.

Ben F. : We're getting smoked.

Constantine: Like salmon, bro.

After the teams' boats all made it to shore, the bachelors and Ashley sat and relaxed on the beach. Ironically, a guy was proposing to his girlfriend just feet from them.

"I'm hoping that's a foreshadow of what's to come," said Ashley.

CdM Ryan smiled and looked at the newly-engaged couple: "Awe, that's cute."

No, Ryan, you're "awe cute!".

Group Date Cocktail Party

"I'm looking for a husband. Someone I can see a future with. I really feel like these guys are here for me. I regret wasting so much time thinking about Bentley," said Ashley.

Guess what Ashley, the viewers regret it too. Move on and move up!

It was a makeout fest at the cocktail party. Ashley kissed so many guys her lips look chapped afterwards. Lipstick check!

Ames took Ashley in an elevator to the 48th floor, making out the entire ride. Ben F. also got some time alone with Ashley. Another makeout session.

While Ashley was busy making out, the other bachelors found a pool table.

"Let's go play!" said CdM Ryan enthusiastically.

"You stay here," said Blake the dentist.

Mean! I bet he use to steal milk money from little kids.

"Everyone feels the same way about Ryan. He's easy to get along with in small doses. No one in the house can stand this guy," Blake said.

Ryan Gets the Group Date Rose

Ryan got a little alone time with Ashley. He kissed her hand. Such the romantic. Ashley told Ryan she wants to spend more time with him, get to know where he lives, meet his family.

"I would love to show you. Maybe a one-on-one date," said CdM Ryan. He playfully sticks out his tongue.  In the other room the bachelors are steaming!

Blake: The prevailing winds are saying Ryan shouldn't be here. If he gets the rose I would just pack up and go.

Constantine: Some people like cheese.

Ashley walks back to the Bachelors and right in front of them, takes the rose back to CdM Ryan.

Ben F.: I'm bummed out about Ashley's decision. I guess she doesn't know the Ryan we all can't stand and loathe.

J.P.'s Second One-on-One Date

Early bets are the J.P. is the one that Ashley picked to be her husband. He is the first bachelor to get a second one-on-one date.

"He's one of the most gorgeous guys I've ever met. I feel so secure. He's the whole package," said Ashley.

She broke the news to J.P. that she saw Bentley in Hong Kong and that she had feelings for him, but now she has closure.

"It didn't matter to me. All that matter was that she got the closure she needed, she told me, and we move on from here," said J.P.

The date was filled with romance. A romantic dinner, a train ride and champagne on the top of a skyscraper over looking the Hong Kong skyline.

"I am now more emotionally attached than I've ever been. I'm crazy about her," said J.P.

The Final Cocktail Party

Now let the Jaws theme really play. Ashley breaks it to the guys that she saw Bentley in Hong Kong and at one time she had fallen for him. Lucas, Blake, Constantine and Mickey were so ticked off. Our CdM Ryan raised his eyebrow and seemed shocked, but the others verbally expressed their irritation.

"Why didn't you do this earlier? This is weird to me," said Lucas.

Ryan stood up for Ashley, "If you don't want to be there then go home. I want to be here."

And so one did.

Mickey tells Ashley, "I just don't see what the hell you saw in that guy [Bentley]. If that's what you're looking for then please send me home. Two guys need to go home tonight, just make me be one of those guys."

Ouch! That was harsh.

Ashley said goodbye to Mickey right then and there. He boarded a boat that was conveniently waiting right there and parted ways.

Joi Gin, Mickey! (That's goodbye in Cantonese).

The Rose Ceremony

Luckily our CdM Ryan was already in the safe zone because he got a group date rose. Mickey left by himself, so that meant just three roses Ashley needed to hand out and one bachelor going home. She tells Chris Harrison that she didn't expect the guys to react the way they did. "

I think they felt second best," said Harrison. "

My biggest fear is that these men reject me and now I'm afraid more than ever," said Ashley.

At the Rose Ceremony, Ashley passes out roses to Ben F., Constantine and Ames. Blake the Dentist, you're going home. You shouldn't have bad mouthed our bachelor Ryan.

Stay Tuned for Next Week

The previews were for all the upcoming episodes which include trips to Thailand and the final episode to Fiji. It looks like Ryan gets his first solo date with Ashley and says, "This is freakin' amazing!" (I always say freakin'. Ryan, forget Ashley. We are MFEO). It's kind of confusing, but there is a lot of crying going on on Ashley's part. "It's not fair, I hate this, my heart is totally broken!" Here we go again.
