Editor's note: The following memo was issued by the city of Newport Beach.
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the Northbound SR-73 MacArthur Boulevard on-ramp on Tuesday, November 5 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. This closure is necessary for crews to repair guardrail. Detour signs will be in place to alert motorists of the closure.
