"The New Lean for Life" best-selling author Cynthia Stamper Graff is hosting a Twitter party on Thurs Feb 6 @ 6 p.m. PST to reveal details on "THE MOMMY MOVEMENT."
Mom bloggers across California are leading the way in a weight-loss movement in a regional contest designed to help California moms to lose weight and gain healthy habits. Open to all moms regardless of whether or not they follow a blogger, "THE MOMMY MOVEMENT" will involve groups of no more than 5 who will embark on a weight loss journey. All are encouraged to document their journey through photos and entries on social media.
ABOUT THE MOMMY MOVEMENT
Each team of moms will follow the tenets of “The New Lean For Life” that tells readers how they can safely lose 20 lbs in 4 weeks. Written by French researcher and clinician Reginald Allouche, M.D. and Cynthia Stamper Graff, “The New Lean For Life” is a follow-up to Graff’s previous book that sold 1 million copies. Participating moms will receive 25% off the book by accessing a promo code (email kristen@groffhinman.com to receive code). They may start right away but the deadline is April 30, 2014.
ABOUT THE PRIZE TO NYC:
The teams will be competing for an expense paid trip to NYC where they will see a Broadway show, enjoy a spa experience, appear on TV and be treated to other activities. They will be judged by their physical transformation as well as their inspiring stories. If associated with a blogger, that individual will join the group in NYC.

Form your team of up to 5 and give yourselves a colorful moniker (Monrovia Mommas, Little League Ladies, etc.)
Step 2
