Dunes Extend Hours In Preparation For Indian Summer

You can bet on an Indian Summer as Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina in Newport Beach will extend all traditional summer activities weekends through September.  Usually concluding after Labor Day, Vice President and General Manager Andrew Theodorou announced that Moe B’s Watersports Park, featuring a number of inflatable aquatic attractions including rock climbing walls, icebergs and water trampolines, will remain open Saturdays and Sundays in September.  Also, rentals of paddleboats, sailboats and canoes as well as ecological kayak tours of the Back Bay will be available then.

Theodorou said that the Dunes’ popular Movies on the Beach will continue on Saturday evenings through the month.  Family-oriented films are displayed on a big screen, right on the sand, and guests are encouraged to bring their own towels and beach chairs as Movies on the Beach continues its presentations at dusk.

In addition, Newport Dunes RV Park will be offering a special whereby guests staying for 2 nights will get 1 night free through November 23.  Some restrictions apply. For more information visit www.newportdunes.com or call 949-729-3863.
