Cooking From Cathy Thomas' Garden at Bayside Restaurant

Cathy Thomas, best-selling author and OC Register food writer has teamed up with Executive Chef Paul Gstrein of Bayside in Newport Beach and is inviting the public to a book-signing and dinner featuring recipes from her newest book release on THURS MAY 29.

 

Guests will have the chance to meet the author, purchase copies of the book and will enjoy a dinner prepared with some of summers freshest and unique farmer's market finds.

 

Cathy Thomas’s newest book, "50 Best Plants on the Planet" was selected by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 5 books to buy for summer and by Emeril Lagasse as one of his top 10 cookbooks to buy.
