Claire Seneca Becomes Affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
Claire Seneca, independent sales associate, is now affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She works in the Newport Center office and brings more than 10 years of residential real estate experience with her.
Before changing to a career in real estate, Seneca and her husband released music with Brentwood Music where they pinned four top 10 singles, with three hitting #1 and won “Duo of the Year Award” from the CCMA. Seneca began her real estate career in 2002 and was named “Rookie of the Year” after she was ranked highly against top producing agents in her office. Prior to becoming affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Seneca was a real estate agent in Texas, Indiana and Tennessee. She grew up in Louisiana and graduated from the University of Louisiana, where she was crowned “Miss UL” in 1979.
